3. Orders & Agreement

When you place an order, you're offering to buy the product(s) under these Terms. Once your order is confirmed via email, a contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in case of stock issues or security concerns.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. We ship only within the European Union, with no extra customs or import duties charged post-checkout. Secure payment is taken at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day. Orders containing pre-order or extended dispatch items may take longer—this will be stated at checkout.

Shipping times range from 2–7 business days depending on your EU location. All orders include tracking, sent automatically after dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return and are issued to the original payment method. Some products such as clearance or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable—see product details for exclusions.

7. Product Accuracy

We strive for accurate product descriptions, photos, and sizing. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier changes. If we list an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All items are provided “as is.” Raveteef disclaims all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Raveteef is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and product names are the property of Raveteef or our partners. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

12. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control—this includes courier delays, strikes, and natural disasters.

We may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you accept the updated version. The current version is always available on this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Antwerp, unless local consumer rights require otherwise.
