We get it—sometimes it's just not the vibe. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like face paint, cosmetics, or intimate wear.
- All returns must include proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email is perfect).
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply reach out to our support team via the contact form or email us at info@raveteef.store. Let us know your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- If your order included free shipping and your return brings the order total below €40, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong or faulty item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service—we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
